To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible.

However, the deadline is November 1, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand. ❤︎

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, it will be noted on your RSVP card from your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

All guests are allowed to start arriving at 3:00pm. Please allow enough time to arrive as those who arrive after 3:30pm will not be allowed to enter, so they do not interfere with the wedding ceremony.

Our venue provides complimentary parking, so you don’t need to worry about that. Just follow the signs for parking!

We ask that you kindly put your phones and camera away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us.

After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like! ❤︎

Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine, beer, and cocktails to your liking. Shots and neat drinks are not offered.

We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will he held outside. The ceremony area will be on grass, however the reception area will be on solid ground.

Though it is in December, we hope for a clear sunny day. Arrangements will be made otherwise.

Please dress in your best formal evening attire. We do kindly request that guests do not wear any shade of blue. Thank you!
